denken wir oft an Sandstrahlen, Sodastrahlen oder Trockeneisreinigung. Der Nachteil beim Strahlen ist, dass der gesamte Bereich abgeschirmt werden muss. Au\u00dferdem entsteht viel Abfall, der idealerweise chemisch aufbereitet werden muss, da er voller Lackpartikel ist. Ein drittes gro\u00dfes Problem ist, dass beim Strahlen nicht zwischen Lack und darunterliegenden Schichten unterschieden wird. Eine Laserpistole beleuchtet die Karosserie, und die Laserstrahlen entfernen Lack und\/oder Rost, ohne das Metall zu ber\u00fchren. Metall hat n\u00e4mlich eine h\u00f6here Ablationstemperatur als Lack, Rost und andere Verunreinigungen. Dadurch entsteht eine molekulare Differenzierung zwischen der Karosserie und dem Oberfl\u00e4chenmaterial. Ein wichtiger Effekt ist, dass Rostflecken und L\u00f6cher sehr selektiv entfernt werden. Der Laserstrahl hat keinen Einfluss auf das blanke Metall; wir k\u00f6nnen die gef\u00e4hrdeten Stellen ohne Risiko etwas l\u00e4nger bestrahlen: Der gesamte Rost verschwindet, aber das gesunde Metall bleibt erhalten. So erzielen Sie ein Ergebnis, das mit anderen Methoden nie erreicht werden kann. Schichtdicken bis zu 1 bis 2 mm lassen sich problemlos entfernen. Stahlblech ist kein Problem, aber auch Glas, Holz, Aluminium und andere Materialien, die Temperaturen von mindestens 100 \u00b0C standhalten, k\u00f6nnen wir problemlos reinigen. Manchmal wird f\u00e4lschlicherweise angenommen, dass die Laserreinigung viel teurer ist als andere Methoden. Da sie aber viel schneller ist, ist der Preis letztlich vergleichbar.
