L&#8217;ajustement de la vis \u00e9tant crucial, le sablage n&#8217;est pas la technique appropri\u00e9e pour le nettoyage de ces pi\u00e8ces. Le sable enl\u00e8ve \u00e9galement de la mati\u00e8re saine et r\u00e9duit consid\u00e9rablement la dur\u00e9e de vie de la vis d&#8217;extrusion en raison de l&#8217;usure de l&#8217;ajustement et des ar\u00eates vives de la vis. La pyrolyse est parfois utilis\u00e9e, mais elle est longue et ne peut g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9e sur site (contrairement au nettoyage chimique).    <\/p><p>Des composants similaires, tels que les canaux chauds, les extracteurs de noyaux et les cylindres d&#8217;extrusion, peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre parfaitement nettoy\u00e9s par laser. La plupart des techniques de nettoyage risquent d&#8217;enlever de la mati\u00e8re utile, voire de provoquer une d\u00e9formation thermique de la fili\u00e8re. Le nettoyage manuel reste une m\u00e9thode courante, mais il est tr\u00e8s long et n&#8217;offre pas toujours des r\u00e9sultats optimaux. Le nettoyage laser est id\u00e9al pour les fili\u00e8res d&#8217;extrusion car la lumi\u00e8re laser p\u00e9n\u00e8tre dans les moindres recoins, \u00e9liminant toute contamination jusqu&#8217;au niveau mol\u00e9culaire. La r\u00e9flexion sur la mati\u00e8re contribue \u00e9galement \u00e0 ce nettoyage, permettant \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re de p\u00e9n\u00e9trer m\u00eame dans les parties les plus complexes des pi\u00e8ces les plus d\u00e9licates.    <\/p><h2>Comment \u00e7a marche ?<\/h2><p>Le nettoyage laser des pi\u00e8ces extrud\u00e9es pr\u00e9sente l&#8217;avantage d&#8217;\u00eatre plus rapide et plus profond que toute autre technologie, sans risque d&#8217;usure. Une fois que le faisceau laser a p\u00e9n\u00e9tr\u00e9 la contamination, il perd son efficacit\u00e9. Par cons\u00e9quent, il est impossible d&#8217;\u00e9liminer une quantit\u00e9 excessive de mati\u00e8re. Le faisceau lumineux chauffe tr\u00e8s rapidement la contamination, provoquant sa vaporisation. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette rapidit\u00e9, les pi\u00e8ces chauffent \u00e0 peine et sont rapidement pr\u00eates \u00e0 \u00eatre manipul\u00e9es \u00e0 nouveau. Cependant, ce m\u00eame faisceau lumineux n&#8217;est pas suffisamment puissant pour agir sur les pi\u00e8ces extrud\u00e9es elles-m\u00eames et se r\u00e9fl\u00e9chit simplement sur elles sans les affecter.      <\/p><p>Le nettoyage peut \u00eatre effectu\u00e9 manuellement par un op\u00e9rateur, mais pour des quantit\u00e9s plus importantes, une ligne de nettoyage automatique peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre mise en place, capable de nettoyer les pi\u00e8ces de mani\u00e8re enti\u00e8rement automatique et tr\u00e8s homog\u00e8ne.<\/p><h2>Chez nous ou chez vous<\/h2><p>Laserflux dispose d&#8217;un atelier \u00e9quip\u00e9 d&#8217;une ligne de nettoyage automatis\u00e9e pour le nettoyage de vos pi\u00e8ces extrud\u00e9es.
