Pourtant, ses applications sont bien plus vastes. Le crit\u00e8re principal est que la couche de contamination soit non r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissante et d&#8217;\u00e9paisseur mod\u00e9r\u00e9e.   <\/p><p><br>La r\u00e9flexion pose probl\u00e8me car l&#8217;\u00e9nergie du faisceau laser n&#8217;est pas absorb\u00e9e, emp\u00eachant ainsi l&#8217;\u00e9vaporation des contaminants. C&#8217;est pourquoi les surfaces brillantes et blanches sont difficiles \u00e0 nettoyer. <\/p><p><br>L&#8217;\u00e9paisseur de la couche influe principalement sur le temps de nettoyage. Une couche de 2 mm d&#8217;\u00e9paisseur \u00e0 \u00e9liminer prendra beaucoup de temps \u00e0 br\u00fbler compl\u00e8tement. Pour ces \u00e9paisseurs, il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable d&#8217;opter pour une technique de nettoyage tr\u00e8s abrasive, comme le sablage ou le nettoyage cryog\u00e9nique. En pr\u00e9sence de quelques zones de contamination plus \u00e9paisses, le nettoyage laser est une solution efficace. De mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, on consid\u00e8re que les couches de contamination jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 1 mm d&#8217;\u00e9paisseur conviennent au nettoyage laser, bien que de nombreux exemples montrent que des couches plus \u00e9paisses peuvent \u00eatre facilement \u00e9limin\u00e9es par cette m\u00e9thode.    <\/p><p><br>Il est important de noter que le nettoyage laser ne sert pas uniquement \u00e0 nettoyer les surfaces, mais aussi \u00e0 les pr\u00e9traiter avant soudage, brasage ou collage. Il peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 apr\u00e8s soudage pour lisser le cordon de soudure et \u00e9liminer tout exc\u00e9dent de mati\u00e8re. <\/p><p><br>Nettoyage s\u00e9lectif. Le faisceau laser puls\u00e9 \u00e9mis par notre machine de nettoyage laser poss\u00e8de de nombreux param\u00e8tres ajustables, tels que la dur\u00e9e d&#8217;impulsion, la vitesse de balayage et la puissance. En les choisissant judicieusement, nous pouvons m\u00eame retirer des couches de mani\u00e8re s\u00e9lective. Autrement dit : avec les bons r\u00e9glages, nous pouvons enlever une couche sans endommager le rev\u00eatement sous-jacent.
