Laserflux’s mobile laser cleaning devices are provided with everything you can expect from a state-of-the-art machine. There is an integrated water cooling system that allows you to clean continuously for four hours straight. If necessary, an extra cooling system can be provided.
The standard length of the gun hose is 10 meters and can be fully stored in the mobile unit. No messy hoses on the outside. The hose can be extended to 20 meters and still be fully stored inside the machine. Longer hose lengths are possible as well, but these will need to be attached to the machine on the outside.
A storage space for the electrical power cables, the laser gun and small items like safety glasses, spare cover glasses, etc. is provided. Speaking of glasses: One pair of laser glasses is included with the machine, but it’s also possible to order more if you need more.
The machine is protected by folded stainless steel plates with the necessary bumpers and stands on 4 wheels with the necessary suspension to absorb shocks when pushing or transporting the machine. The machine is equipped with the necessary warning lights, in accordance with the laser guidelines, that can be seen from any viewing angle.
The machine is electrically connected to a 16A or a 32A (the machine has both of these connections) three-phase five-pole socket of 400V. We provide the necessary power cables. The machine is operated via a 10” touch panel that is very easy to use and where the Laserflux software is on. Big icons, intuitive operation and many useful pre-programmed functions. Ideal to get started with this without a long training!
A central brake system and a handy compressed air gun to blow away any dust and residues, complete the picture.
The Laserflux laser gun is a feat of top engineering. The gun only weighs a few kilograms, the lightest on the market. There is a swiveling handle at the top that provides you with good ergonomics even in places that are very hard to reach. As required by law, the gun contains a dead man’s button and the necessary warning indications. A lighting is integrated in the handle as well.
Both the lenses and the glass cover plates are very easy to replace with a custom designed cassette system. The gun typically provides a focus depth of 10 cm, which means that you’re in focus and can clean within an area of 10 centimeters. This area usually is about 20 centimeters away from the gun, but you can adapt this with other lenses.
The standard touch panel is attached to the machine. This works perfectly, but sometimes trouble may occur when you are somewhere on a rack or in an enclosed area that needs to be cleaned. With a hose length up to 50 m, this can be quite a distance. At the beginning of a cleaning, it can take a while before you figure out what the optimal settings are for an efficient cleaning. Here is where it comes in handy if you can adjust the settings directly at your workpiece instead of having to go back and forth to the machine.
In case you want to work longer continuously or if you have a continuous cleaning job, there is a possibility to use an extra cooling system, fully integrated in the machine. You won’t have to carry a second separate cooling. The dimensions on the outside of the machine remain the same but now you can clean without restrictions. Useful!
Sometimes a machine has to be lifted to work on top of a building or a reactor. Or you sometimes want to have the option to lift the machine with a forklift in a safe way. That’s why we offer the option to provide you with removable lifting eyes and forklift brackets. We are also able to provide extra brackets on the sides to secure the machine during transport.
The mobile unit weighs more than 200 kg. The big wheels make movement very easy, but you sometimes have to climb some stairs or take a slope. Or maybe you have to travel long distances in the factory? Then the electric drive of the mobile unit isn’t unnecessary luxury anymore. With an autonomy of 90 minutes, you can take a lot of slopes without having to call a colleague for help. The motor and batteries are integrated at the bottom of the machine, so you won’t lose any storage space on the inside. Recommended.
We know that you won’t always clean in perfectly lit conditions. This is when quality lighting comes in handy. Laserflux offers the option of a super bright (600 Lumen) and wireless LED portable lamp with magnetic attachment that allows you to clean in perfectly lit conditions. The charging station is integrated into the storage space in the mobile laser cleaning unit and ensures an autonomy of 8 hours.
As a standard, we offer ten or twenty meters of hose, that can be nicely stored in the mobile unit. But sometimes this isn’t enough. You maybe work at a great height, or on a ship where the unit will need to stay on the deck? Then we can provide you with a hose length up to 100 meters. This hose needs to be stored on the outside of the machine, but it’s possible to do this in a compact way so that you still have the necessary maneuverability.
You are working with laser equipment, so the necessary shielding must be present to avoid that passers-by can look directly into the laser gun. That’s why we provide a separate set of four laser certified protection panels that are very easy to set up, but are also able to fold compactly. These come in a handy box on wheels, which is also provided with two extra laser glasses that you can possibly give to a customer who wants to watch the process. Besides all this, there are also two warning signs included that you can put up next to the working area. Last but not least, you will also find the necessary tensioning tape in this set.
If you are working in an environment where no dust is allowed or where no vapors or odors are allowed, you can choose for a mobile extraction. This installation is on wheels and contains a HEPA filter for the removal of the smallest dust particles. The extraction nozzle clicks onto the laser gun without taking away the vision. Electrical connection is possible on the mobile unit itself. This option is often used in the food industry, the pharmaceutical industry and for cleaning within closed areas where the vapor can’t escape such as ship holds.
